BARONESS To Guest On BRUCE DICKINSON's Radio Show

BARONESS recently concluded its U.S. headlining tour in support of "Blue Record". The band will head to Europe in the start of 2010 for another two-week headlining run.
BARONESS has announced that it will join ISIS for a three-day Japanese tour in early March. This run of dates will follow the band's first Australian tour where they will be touring as part of the Soundwave Festival with JANE'S ADDICTION, FAITH NO MORE and many more.
BARONESS' second full-length album, "Blue Record", sold around 4,700 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 117 on The Billboard 200 chart. The CD landed at No. 1 on the Top New Artist Albums (Heatseekers) chart, which lists the best-selling albums by new and developing artists, defined as those who have never appeared in the Top 100 of The Billboard 200. Released on October 13 via Relapse Records, the follow-up to 2007's critically acclaimed "The Red Album" was recorded in Dallas, Texas with producer/engineer John Congleton (EXPLOSIONS IN THE SKY, THE POLYPHONIC SPREE, BLACK MOUNTAIN).
